VideoTag allows you to create tailor-made video clips to show in team sessions or to each player individually. After tagging the relevant actions of the game, you can easily and efficiently create video clips with presentations, photos, texts and drawings. Presentations can be created out of one or several games previously analyzed.
Yes, go to Management > Videos to manage your video library. You can upload or delete videos to get more storage. This does not affect your previous work with tags and playlists.
VideoTag is compatible with MP4 files. To convert a video file to MP4, there are a number of softwares that will allow you to do so. We recommend Freemake, which is compatible with Windows and Mac and you can download it from here.
Follow these steps to convert your video:
- Once you have installed Freemake, open the application and click on “+ Video”. Select the video file from your computer.
- Edit video settings: click on the bellow menu the option that says “MP4”
- Edit the conversion settings so that the video remains in high quality and resolution.
- Change the size of the video in GB: choose a value between 1000 and 1500. This will make your file smaller and but with high quality.
- After defining the settings, click on Convert and wait for the new file to be created. It will then be ready to upload to VideoTag.
Although it is possible that several people use a single VideoTag account, keep in mind that each license has a limited amount of storage to be used. We recommend that each user have his or her personal license. Each license is valid for one sport.
Yes, VideoTag is multiplatform: it can be used in a computer, tablet and/or cellphone. We recommend that you to do the video tagging from a computer or tablet. To create tags, you can use the keyboard or the suggested buttons.
